Unfortunately this poster is correct, they will be tracking hours in office.

No additional detail was provided such as how many hours per day in office and when they will start firing people for not being in office.

The head of Operations already said he was going to start firing people that arent in office.

They already track your keystrokes with software called Sapphia, can’t spell. Starts with Sap

This was mentioned in the CBB risk meeting from Mel herself. Not sure when it's supposed to be starting. It was also mentioned they were going to start monitoring keystrokes. B/C clearly we all need to be babysat constantly 🙄

@ac it's likely time hooked to the network. So basically you could take a 2 hour lunch and leave your laptop in the office lol

If we can't leave our computers how do we collaborate? Or is it just time we spend hooked to the network?

they call it adherence tracking. they wanna see how many times in 15/15 minute breaks they give you for your pi-s breaks/sh-t breaks. they don't want to drop below a % and want you to use within that 30 min time frame. mirco-managing

@a7 like, I don't doubt they're probably watching but they can't even get our monthly badge data right and it has to have a ton of manager guidance. I can't IMAGINE the nightmare for managers if they make them watch time spent in the office. Like are they going to slap wrists if you can only be there for 5 hours and 45 minutes? Do you want people in desks or not? For salaried/exempt employees this is just so fu--ing d-mb

I refuse to believe this until there is an actual announcement. This also feels like a troll post because of the whole bathroom deal.

Until they announce it, whatever. If they want to be sly and sneaky about it there are a whole lot more people that will get written up that aren't me. I know for a fact there are a significant amount that are swiping on weekends and outside of standard business hours and not actually even going into the buildings with their laptops.

I heard this from my Manager also, but why are they doing this without disclosing they are tracking us and how many hours do we need to be present!?

I refuse to to believe my manager and this posts until I see this from HR.

They would not do this to us on Employees Appreciation weeks, they have a heart.
