I told my boss to stop acting like the ol SWN club. Be a leader. Grow a pair. And I don’t care if I am on the “short” list for layoffs. I already have a job lined up starting in January so will take my generous severance and “bank” it.

I was told I have to work on Thanksgiving and put on a special project! What gives and stuff? I think if I don’t accept the assignment I’ll be on the short list to be laid off.
