S&T reorg has been an absolute debacle. Implementation team clearly didn't involve enough people actually executing the work for these workflows to make any sense and then point their fingers at other orgs when there is a question of who does what. At least they all got their promotions though. What a fu--ing joke.

worse to come with more asset sales coming soon
@j1 expat milking it
At least we got to keep the IT manager guy that hides in the corner of the floor.
@bp shale and tight
@bq Donald, is that you?
It's across the board.
EVERYWHERE!
This stupid "reorg" is a total disaster. Whoever designed it MUST BE FIRED!
All they did was just move/mix people around WITHOUT KNOWING ANYTHING ABOUT THEIR QUALIFICATIONS!
And people landed on teams where they need to transfer knowledge to someone from another team when he could just be part of the other team just fine without the need of shuffling around knowledge!
So for those on 2nd round: BEWARE.
If you can EOI, DO IT !
Supply and trading?
Or shale and tight business?
Seeing this in former RBU too. Leadership telling both sides xyz is the others’ responsibility, so no progress at all sorting it out, and astonishingly unqualified mid level LT who don’t know enough to make even basic decisions or comprehend issues. Meanwhile the rank and file are so burned out, no one is interested in backfilling the void in leadership. These aren’t reorg growing pains - these are systemic breakdowns
Incompetence supporting incompetence. The new tenet.
