Force Scheduled Days In Office

Anyone heard of possible force scheduled days in office?
I was on my weekly manager call this morning and the topic came up of division heads possibly setting forced days in office so that everyone is able to “freely collaborate” without needing to worry about trying to coordinate days in the office together.

@bn you dipwad , we showed that you do not NEED to show up physically in an office TO WORK. They are separate concepts. Covid years prove that otherwise the bank would have collapsed in 2020.

I literally WORK over VPN doing releases and coordinating with offshore while I am at home. That is WORK without SHOWING UP.

While GKs eye roll and snark at the RTO question was gross, the daily whine about RTO has become tiresome.

Many groups have the same days in office to collaborate. These are groups that actually are on the same teams.

Wild concept: you get paid to work, and the job actually expects you to show up. Shocking!!!!
