CFO likes CA. H
@bm as a founder, he likely owned 10% -18% after dilution from funding rounds. Based on a 1.4 billion acquisition, he likely walked away with somewhere between $140 - $250 million. No CEO is good enough to keep around talent that has that kind of money in the bank. Founders like small companies. They never stick around at the mega corps that bought that. The talent Q bought was the rest of the Nuvia team.
@bb The $2B we pad for it is mainly for the talents...the people. If you loose the people then you wasted the money. You basically su-k at retaining talents ypu paid in gold for. So you su-k at ypur job. Which is, CA and su-kash do su-k and need to be fired
These guys made insane amounts of money when Qualcomm bought them. They stuck around as long as their contracts required them to and now they are enjoying their windfalls. This is more about how acquisitions work than whether or not Gerard thought QC was an amazing place to work.
Every Nuvia founder has left, go look at the org chart. Gerard is gone, John is gone, Mulati is gone.
