1/3??? There are 6000 people in ELC, that's impossible. Don't create panic, you mean 1/3 of tech surely. The reorg happening in the rest of the world is to move teams to sport categories. I don't get why tech is surprising tho because all you have to do is see what happened in WHQ and other geos to understand what's coming.
