Then why did you fire half of my team? We are under water trying to pick up all the work they left behind. No one is hiring, no one is returning to growth. This company is a dumpster fire. No bonuses even if you walk on water. No raises more than 1%. In addition, you can be a great employee and be downgraded on "calibration" during yearly reviews. I feel bad for the young folks that have taken a job here because the market su-ks and it's better than nothing I suppose. Opentext truly is the place where software goes to die. My company was purchased and was #1 in the world in CCM. Now.....QA has no place and what was once great has been destroyed. I hope that they get bought for pennies on the dollar and fade away into obscurity.
