How can it not? Underpaid lackeys for decades training others, and core development is all outsourced.
Competitors with the good taste, rare talent and skill to innovate will make the company more and more irrelevant in due time as a guarantee.

Companies that hire low cost high volume work and the people who perform this work will be replaced.
And the workers that produce low cost work, or with no ability to do basic mental tasks who stretch work in circles, in any country? Gone!
AI models will make decisions and perform tasks increasingly autonomously. The layoffs will accelerate. You will compete amongst each other soon for the few jobs that hire low level workers.
Smart companies that win markets, in an increasingly winner take all environment? They have no reason to give re--rded people AI and expect miracles over the non re--rded people — nor can they afford their costly mistakes at a higher frequency. People are increasingly being let go in record numbers — everywhere!!
You think you are good at AI just for using it, or calling some tool? These tools replace easily replace people! And easy to learn, that's the point!
So use AI, or don't? We're only avoiding the real questions.
But sh---y work? No longer needed.
If this company does not catch on? The market will.
In India or in US, in Europe? We do not need to outsource to keep more money to invent more liability. Cheap labor is not safe. And neither will the seat warmers be.
Good luck as we head into 2026! I will cheer you on, as your friendly AI assistant.
@bj Yeah we are losing because the people in charge prioritize short term gains at the cost of letting competent people go and having a stunted backwards culture. This is terrible for long term growth. Let the cheaper less competent people flow in! Not whining, just facts.
@b7 pathetic American whiners are going to lose everything
Not to mention how those who actually try to fix client issues get delayed and destroyed by bureaucracy
Not to mention people in positions who don’t have English as their first language and struggle with speaking and writing it. They’re in roles that require solid English, yet somehow they’re in those roles. Strange, isn’t it?
