RV literally bragging about taking more U.S jobs

Contact your local senate office for the district you live in. Bring as much light to this as you can because if he has his way all americans will be out of a job soon. All he cares about is India and now Manchester his homeland.

@54h The entire Lake Mary strategic growth center campus includes two buildings, eight floors and total office space of 300k square feet. By contrast, office space in Pune is planned for 1.4m square feet - over 4.5 times the space. What does that tell you about where the jobs are headed? Read the tea leaves folks. .

INTERNAL MEMO: Strategic Talent Rebalancing Initiative (STaR Initiative)

As part of our ongoing commitment to “Doing More With Less While Saying More With More,” we are thrilled to announce Phase 7 of our Strategic Talent Rebalancing Initiative (STaR). This transformative effort will further harmonize our workforce by relocating key U.S.-based roles to our new Center of Excellence in India, where excellence is not just a center—it’s a cost-saving miracle allocated over our new 1 million square foot, 15-year Pune lease.

Why India? Why Now?

  • Talent Density: India offers a rich pool of professionals who are not only highly skilled but also blissfully unaware of our last five reorgs.
  • Time Zone Alchemy: By leveraging the 10.5-hour time difference, we’ve created a temporal buffer that allows us to delay decisions indefinitely while appearing globally agile.
  • Cost Synergy: For the price of one U.S. analyst, we can hire three offshore analysts and still afford a commemorative mug for the departing U.S. team.

What This Means for You

  • Career Mobility: Your role is now mobile. Specifically, it’s moving 8,000 miles east.
  • Knowledge Transfer Opportunities: You’ll be invited to train your offshore successor in a series of “Farewell Knowledge Celebrations,” complete with cake (budget permitting, or leftover Halloween candy).
  • Enhanced Focus on Strategic Work: Freed from tactical responsibilities, you’ll have more time to reflect on your strategic value—ideally from outside the building.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Will this affect my job?
A: Not immediately. But yes.

Q: How will we maintain client intimacy?
A: Through quarterly empathy webinars and a new Eliza-powered “Feelings Dashboard.”

Q: Is this about cost-cutting?
A: Absolutely not. It’s about cost-optimizing, value-maximizing, and buzzword-saturating.

We thank you for your continued resilience, adaptability, and ability to smile through gritted teeth. Together, we will boldly navigate the future—preferably from a lower-cost geography.

I say we all collectively put the sh-t out there for investors, clients, stakeholders and employees to all see. Its the only way to get somethjng done. Anyone know someone in media willing to shed light on this bs of offshoring so many U.S jobs? Or even a state rep to get it started

I don't know if his clothes just weren't tailored well, or he's stressed trying to determine who to fire next, but he also looked very thin to me

RV hates America.
He doesn’t like Ireland either.
Probably has manniquins of Lord Cornwallis and King George III in his bed room.

Question: "As CEO, what keeps you up at night?"

Response: "Let me share my thoughts with you. Well, to be honest, one thing that definitely keeps me on my toes is my ever-present 5 o'clock shadow. It's like a cloak of darkness that constantly hovers over 240G. This shadow allows both me and the Executive Committee to operate in near anonymity as we make decisions that involve significant cost-cutting measures, including the unfortunate but necessary reduction of US jobs. We're leveraging these savings to fully offshore our operations to our fantastic new facilities in Pune.

Rest assured, the investors are kept satisfied and largely unaware of these behind-the-scenes maneuvers. We've managed to maintain this through a steady stream of PR hype, a bit of strategic misinformation, and of course, our brilliantly inflated stock price.

Thank you for your interest and for allowing me to share these insights. Sincerely, yours truly.
