Any non-chinese company that puts lots of eggs in the chinese basket...will fail. The Chinese will ensure it happens...or the US government will block china from their evil ways thus causing you to fail.

Ya’all little homies don’t know much about our business. The article explains, trends of nationalism and homegrown brands that are better and cheaper than Nike combined with the end of the b-ball trend of the last 10-15 years. Chinese are loving Anta and LiNing which have a lot of clout given the China tik tok, performance improvements, and mono retail energy too. The CCP got everyone locked down and don’t act up or get yo’ a* popped by the s&w…take a lesson from the Eaz, and don’t step up to China the real mutha’ fckin’ G’s
And to top it all we have the empty headed CS to lead Nike in China. Only thing CS is good at, is self promotion. She has no strategic vision. EH made a huge mistake in appointing her. GC more than any other geo needs local marketplace knowledge & strategy to make inroads. Even with the best candidate, it's going to be an uphill battle competing with local brands... God help us all. Nike is so f*d.
