Thread regarding Xerox Corp. layoffs

Work harder make less

Work harder, no merit, no bonuses. Not to worry though, Chief Clown Steve and the band of merry pirates continue to raid the cupboards for any and all $$ they can pull out

Be happy you have a position in a dying company…. The single most stupid statement I have heard in a long time.

You should have left years ago. Totally.

@bd Those whom think they deserve it.. should do the following:

1) take there salary and experience (as seen on resume) not by job title or years of experience and map that salary.com
2) go apply for similar positions and beat the others whom will need to applying for the same positions as the lay off continues this year.
3) the let market place tell you your true value.

@a8 Why be angry? If your response is to be anything other than unsurprised, it just proves you didn't have the business skills to deserve a bonus.

@an you cant have a MIP because after this year round of layoffs the next step is chapter 11. The real questions is like the divendends why MIPs were paid out the last couple of years.

Dark days. First year of no MIP since I have been here. Not surprised, just sad state of affairs.

@a8 The difference is there bonus is based upon getting you to deliver on your goals and your management to put it on a powerpoint slide. The results are still all based upon your work.

Yes no MIP bonus 😡 But I bet the EC get their “management” bonus. How though when they have the same results as everyone else?

Just be happy you have a position.. there are three more rounds of layoffs coming this year.. May, Aug and Oct. Make sure leadership sees your hard work.. otherwise....
