There is one in mid October for lower grade levels and then one on October 30th for leaders. Allegedly. It is multiple areas in Optum not just OI.
End of October is the latest rumor.
@ba I've also seen the Philippines advertise jobs for Optum and always thought it was so strange. They really push to sell people to onboard while US is fighting to keep jobs. Very fishy

I hope they enjoy boosting an inexperienced young workforce with no loyalty to their employer. The last thing this company needs is to expose itself to more risk, which is exactly what it’s doing. It’s shooting itself in the foot, and you know what? They deserve it.

The Philippines is hiring. Look up the medical quack on x and she has info on all the hiring they are doing in the Philippines while they layoff America employees

They won’t lay you off. The job market is hot and they want you to quit. Optum doesn’t want to pay severance and most departments haven’t hired any new employees for several years. But the Indian office hires a lot.
