Does any one when the company scorecard is shared for performance year

I’m not sure how management doesn’t see the self fulfilling prophecy they are creating. Yes laying off more people creates some short term profits. But all it’s proving to the board is that there’s fat to be trimmed through “automation” or “AI” or whatever buzzword you want. If they keep making cuts they will have no one to lead, making them useless.
The company is returning back $3.7B to its member this year, the largest ever. Now if you are a member, good for you, that's going to be your bonus! Not a member? Oh sorry, no bonus for you.
The process of performance measurement is Opaque & a bit subjective.
When bonuses are announced (typically). Sometimes some VERY high level enterprise level colors will be released ahead of time.
