I'm just trying to verify paid pto because at this point I don't trust anything.....

I received my pay stub Friday. I'm not sure on COBRA, but I believe if you sign up for it within 60 days of benefits expiring they will retro it. I'm hoping they send us that info soon but not holding my breath.
@1sx I had someone get it for me because I was tired of getting the runaround. I heard of another person getting their things in a bad state, and not all of her things were returned despite giving the transition people a head's up/requesting it. I still have no COBRA info or paycheck stub (was told it would be mailed to me), nothing at all on benefits whatsoever (pension, 401k, etc). I already transferred my HSA to Fidelity as I had heard they were changing vendors for 1/1 and didn't want to be in the middle of that mess. Have you gotten anything on benefits? I'm mainly concerned about COBRA (what is the payment, where do we make it, etc).
@ae have you received your property yet? I have not
@b7 you’re not alone
@b8 did you ask for severance via email or talk to a person?
@b1 totally understand I am in the same boat and unfortunately can’t even afford a lawyer so that su-ks too. Let me know if you or your lawyer is able to negotiate the severance because when I asked for atleast my prorated bonus to be given as part of severance I was turned down by someone I can guarantee is not our HR and a third party because they are spitting out lines from a script with no clear answer.
@ay To be clear - I didn't actually get paid the unemployment yet, they just gave me the amount I was eligible to receive - sorry if that was confusing. They also laid out my actual wages from the past 4 quarters through Q1 2025 as a part of determining eligibility (so they've accessed my data and provided output). I was just trying to point out how the state, who wasn't even a part of this transaction originally, has already responded to me and provided meaningful info. With HCSC there are still basic things like my paycheck and amount I'll have to pay for COBRA that I have no idea about...and these are pieces of info that should be easy to obtain and a part of planning in advance. At least if I had my paycheck, I could see what I had been paying for insurance...I was pretty bogged down at work (for the job that "was not needed") so I don't remember things like my insurance premium let alone how much the employer part of that is.
@ay I could be wrong but I believe the unemployment website language said “last day worked” so I put the last day I worked. At the time we weren’t getting the terms until Friday and still don’t have full info on things like COBRA. I don’t know about you, but I can’t afford to wait for HCSC on all of this, and I’m having an attorney review my situation so I’m not sure I’m even signing.
@ae How did you apply to unemployment so quick wasn’t our last day the 1st. System wouldn’t even let me apply until the 1st. Although agree with everything you said the answers are vague and requests for documentations is not being fulfilled.
@a7 The responses I get rarely answer the questions. HCSC values this caliber of service enough to pay these folks and here we are jobless and begging for info on our entitled earnings and property…over a week later and still in the dark. The state responded to my unemployment claim already and I received the approval and weekly amount via snail mail on Monday. This company is a joke!
I request my tax and pay stub information 3 times now even called HR nothing thus far. I even requested my reviews and no one is responding. I feel like they outsourced transition to a different country because all replies come at night which is super bizarre and utterly disgraceful to treat hard working employees like that.
@OP I’ve advocated for this company for over 20yrs. The way this has all been handled is a disgrace. I trust nothing.
