This is the reason every initiative reports green until go live. Then is delayed by another 6-12 months.
Nike will continue our managed decline until we regain the ability to aggressively deliver quality solutions. Our competitors are eating our shorts.

Why blame the brown people. Why not hold accountable the mostly white mostly male leaders and executives who'll do anything to save a buck. Even sell out hardworking locals. Even at the cost of quality and speed.

I was a contractor let go in late 2022 and was shocked the remote desi guy in Texas I had to train didn't know how to use git. Can't imagine how it is by now.

@b7 The subpenea was issued by a MAGA die hard that has been trying to punish any company that dare hires people other than conservative white dudes. Nobody at EEOC except for this one fu-kwad was onboard with this, and it will go away once the adults take back over DC.

Everyone I work with, my boss, my co-workers, those that report to me are ... Indian. I feel like a total minority in my own country. I've been with Nike Global Tech for almost 15 years now and I have never seen it like this is the least diverse I've ever seen it. Ever.
