Received the notification of my last day Feb 6th. I wish everyone the best here. It was not my ideal place to work but I came here 2+ years ago thinking it might grow on me. On to the next thing.

ISG - PIP (if not met - leave with nothing). Alternative, a mediocre severance and I took it.
Sorry dude..or dudette, I got the ax in July but found another job within a few months. I was also engineering. It's tough, but not futile.
