Curious as most of the DEI related pages on Viva Engage were purged.

This is truly what happens to a company en promotions are based strictly on political decisions and not understanding the customers needs and productivity. A recipe for a cluster F!
Promotions at SF are like mgmt oonce told me.....It's who you schmooze with! To me: Its who you blow, who you party with, and are you related. I am happy I never sold my soul to their evil lifestyles. Sad bunch.
If you still get your DEI newsletter than the answer is no
@en perfectly describes my manager in ET lol. Talks a lot but no technical knowledge and basically repeats what someone knowledgeable on the team says. The promotion process is flawed, i don't understand how they simply promote analysts to Technical/Engineering management roles without any experience on the technical side. These same clowns also block promotions for anyone else capable. Its really bad.
LOL. This is facts. If your manager is on the way out just look around the room and find the least unattractive white women with a 70 IQ whose only skill set is repeating buzz words and false empathy. That is your next "Leader"
@b7 White women? Yes, they have benefitted the most from DEI and affirmative action. Thank you for finally saying it!
Go to state farm on X.....that'll tell yall.
@ac - it along with affirmative action has benefited one group more than others.
No need to get rid of it. Look at the new training classes. Plenty of diversity. It is our strength.
@ac how so ?
That's a good thing!
