For those that have been around a long time, were EOIs offered in the layoffs before competitive edge, do you think the company will offer EOIs in the next round?

@b7 sorry friend. Ryan said himself in the last town hall that CEP does not mean they are done with layoffs. They will keep cutting until they can cut no more. This was just the first round. Easier to rehire once we really feel the pain and profit starts to dip. Dang consultants.

And 2021. And 1985 (E-O - early retirement opportunity). And many in between. In 2021 if you were eligible for a pension and >60 and you didn’t request severance or retire on your own then you missed out on historically high lump sums due to the interest rates near record lows.
