Like all enterprise level software, the sales cycle is way too long for anyone to even bother trying to pitch it.
Someone will probably buy it and just manage the decline slightly better than OT.
We should give it away! Cut our ops losses.
Netiq needs to be sold off alongside Arcsight . They both still have a client base of sorts.

It's pretty sh-t on the admin side, too. Very poor UI.
