All remote employees should have received that email for transparency
If you didn’t get it, it means you are either on an accommodation that you’re not part of the pool or you are already scale C.
There are also people remote who are in remote job codes (meaning they’re remote permanently because of their job, not related to proximity to an office) who are exempted from these changes.
Because not all remote employees were affected. If you were in geo code D,E, F then you would have received the email.
There is no point in sending out a mass email to people it doesn’t affect. If you are remote and in geo code A, B, or C, nothing changes for you.
Changes to remote merit and bonus will likely be communicated once they know more about how those are funded.
