Self nominated - DXC execs in particular nominate themselves for awards and also for projects
2025 they decided to pay for loads of these plastic trophies.

We are best in class for a lot of things - for example - our AI infused platform X - we are leading the enterprise transformation business with that.
the awards are "participation trophy" awards - popular at both primary schools and IT software companies
