@14a the possibility exists, as the requirement to maintain current level of compensation from Cigna was only for 12 months following acquisition. I would not be surprised at demotions or pay reductions but I have no inside knowledge of a strategy to do that across the board.

Most likely they’ll wait for voluntary departures with Cigna pay being greater than HCSC’s. After pay guarantees and severance guarantees go away they’re likely expecting some to find work elsewhere. Only making cuts if they need to.
You thinking after the TSA agreement is over with Cigna?
I’d bet on Q1 heading into Q2.
There is some "workforce alignment" about to happen in commercial.
We know there will be business realignments for Medicare this year. So, I would assume 100% yes for at least us. Has anyone heard anything? I do not see it happening Q1 but more like Q3 if I had to guess.
