3% budget......as usual G gets close to nothing, NI gets nothing. VG will be around 2% if your role has a future, if not then more like 0.5 to 1% (well below inflation). General theme, be thankful you are employed, ur above average salary will be slowly aligned with other industries in Canada with below inflation raises.
