New software has been uploaded to all Molina Hourly employees computers that monitors everything you do and sends reports to upper management. Stay productive don't let your idle time add up. This is definitely going to be used to reduce the workforce.

Yes we do! And it’s been happening for a long while. Like we have said before- we are able to track the team members and unfortunately we still have a ways to go to weed out the lazy ones that are dragging us down.

They can see what programs/software you are on how long each one, total idle time. I have see the reports. We were looking at them to see employee behavior and productivity. It does exist and has been there for a couple of years

But yes we can and do track both exempt and nonexempt staff at all levels.
Aside from all the crazy posts. Like it or not we had a solid CIO. You can try and spin this anyway you want. I’m not even in that department and all you have to do is have a level head here. If you have all the answers why don’t you do it instead of being a keyboard warrior and talking about how management does know what they are doing? Fact is you can’t do it. Stay where you are little people. SMH

Now that Amir has exited we may not be able to monitor the employees as well as we previously had. We are losing so many great people but still seem to retain some of the Netflix crowd.

@OP I wouldn't be too worried. They were paying cell phone bills for years for people who didn't work at Molina.

A lot of lazy people here from the old days of the “brothers”. I had to finally do it. I can’t keep handing out these 500 bonuses to the kitchen table Netflix group. Speaking of salary I’m way overdue from an increase here. As I said before I want heads down working that Caid. I don’t want to see any of your faces when I walk the hallways. Heads down until 5pm and do the job you were hired to do many years ago.
They got what they asked for. Hire a bunch of people who work at their kitchen tables doing nothing but sitting on calls and looking at power point decks. But ooh saved money on leases and real estate. Got news. Majority of peeps watching Netflix and running errands. Wise up JZ. Not everyone is as ambitious (greedy?) As you.
