hi, i'm just worried i was saved last year with 3 rating, but i am seeing there will be other round of layoffs june, and on what bases

No amount of good rating will save you.
The beatings will continue until morale improves, so yes, there will be June layoffs. Aside from the ones in March, and April, and May, and following in July, and August, and September. But because Fat Sarah says no to anything in the 4th Quarter, you get a nice holiday reprieve until January.
@OP I believe there will be layoffs monthly through 2027 - just my opinion though
Layoffs scheduled in 2027, too. Tech target is sixty thousand total staff (including contractors)
There will be layoffs every month. Some you will notice others you won’t which is normal in a company this size being impacted by roll off of consent order and impact of agentic AI.
Some areas will be May and September
You have to survive the next round of layoffs in March first.
After June no layoff?
Ratings don’t matter I had high ratings. Don’t believe the hype. Was there for 10 years they just cut. I had a perfect review with bonus and raise. Don’t sign anything.
