Got the email this morning and then a few hours later they gutted our team. A few of us are still left behind but now with much more work and no one cares that we were already drowning before this happened. I will be actively looking for a new job.

I was not a high paid employee. Just average. But I worked hard. Four people on my team were cut. None of it make sense because it leaves a huge deficit to certain job types. The only thing that's for certain is there will be more change. After my many years of service here I am angry to be so disregarded. I turned down the voluntary early retirement So instead they lay me off? I wonder how long it will be before there's a class action suit

Everyone I know that has left this company is way better off either thru layoffs or voluntary. Not just a little better of but a lot. I feel bad for those that have stayed or are staying. If you get canned use this time to get what you want. Cigna does offer decent severance I’ll say that much better than 95 percent of those out there. This is your wake up call and a blessing trust me. Get to work.

What about behavioral ops working the crisis line, was expecting big fallout here, but the day is young.

Post ID: @b6+1kg500b94

@b1 no our entire company (allegiance) received it and they said we’d have no impacts but there is “continued pressure to reduce cost”

Seems like highly paid, high talent are first to go. They want to save money pretty badly and think offshoring is the solution.
