That slogan, "Find Your Rich" is so odd. Who on earth ever came up with that as a cool idea?

@b3 my area for the last three years had the lowest ces scores in the home office. Yet, they did nothing and held no GPs accountable for the poor working conditions. Those GPs still have their job after brown nosing during cascade 1. They did get rid of the associates that they deemed trouble. These are supposed leaders that we need to follow.

@b1 I started working at EJ in 2023. One of the first signs there were issues was leadership patting themselves on the back for how many people took the CES survey. Absolutely nothing to brag about as far as actual results. Just happy that "engagement" was high.
