@m8 H1B are needed to undercut wages, nothing else

Seems to me that the so-called C-Suite and a lot of management needs to be replaced with H1-B's and the people actually working and creating value should be American citizens. Obviously American management ain't getting it done.
Mass layoffs equals management failure - period!!!!
The solution is to pass a law making companies pay H1B employees the same as American workers. Problem solved.
And let's not pick on India, ok? H1Bs come from ALL over.
