Oracle does not have one single product that have a good GUI. So standard procedure here.

Not true! Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) has a wonderful interface.

"Well now being part owner of TikTok, and Larry getting involved in the Warner Bros deal and he probably has other things working"

Which has historically always meant that Oracle employees can forget about raises for 2026! LE always uses employees to pay for his acquisitions!

"What everyone seems to be missing is that C Suite would have thought about this and knew exactly how this would play out and yet they went ahead with it. Why?"

Because LE, like certain other American individuals, is a malignant narcissist.

@aa No point. You don't want to go job hunting now, thousands applying for everything that's posted and a lot of them aren't even really openings (just posted to make themselves look like they're growing to please the investors), not to mention the scams. Anyway, unless you have the right keywords in your resume a human won't even see it.

It's a mess, this is NOT the time to go looking for another job. Too many people without jobs are searching in vain for one now.

@b0 Well now being part owner of TikTok, and Larry getting involved in the Warner Bros deal and he probably has other things working, not sure how involved he is any more with Oracle stuff. The OCI offerings haven't panned out probably the way they hoped. I hope they plan to continue supporting what is now legacy stuff, including the database. Not sure what's happening with engineered systems. It's all so weird.

No humans needed, they were fired. Ai will fix all the issues by itself.
