I have a PhD for 20 years now and most of my papers are in AI. I worked for 5 years at Fiserv as a product director before I left! This lady keeps referring to AI, but she is simply talking about workflow and automation. This is not AI. Can someone please educated her? Is she just another Gibbons?

If Mikey does not control the mess that she is, he won't last. She is bleeding institutional knowledge and putting people in place that have zero clue including the Fiserv people she put in place. All the good Fiserv people left or are leaving. She is JOKER! Mike just does not seem to care and won't speak up to her!
Don’t try to educate someone who already knows everything. It seems it doesn't end well for anyone that tries.
You are very optimistic. If it is like any Fiserv project, they will work for three years while constantly cutting staff before officially cancelling the project.
@az thanks for explaining. The way it was pitched was like some plug in solution but apparently a ton of work still needs done. So it’s mostly marketing fluff right now to appease shareholders
@ad the backend to support an AgentOS doesn’t exist (yet) there IS a clear path to get there, but it will take investment be development hours to have a solution. She had a front end built that just connects to preset use case demos. Will probably be a year before anything real is possible.
