Do we know yet how bad today's gonna be?

A lot of the posts about on LinkedIn are coming out of Asia. You can search by posts with the keyword "opportunities" and Meta as the company.
@b1 As you have seen many of the layoffs were outside of the US.
@dg Nobody with any intelligence would use their work computer for this site.
@b0 so you would risk your severance on the off chance that some site might not be as anonymous as you think? I use VPN and other methods to protect myself online but I would never risk 10s of thousands of dollars just to post my opinion. Even for a single person the 18 months of COBRA alone is worth 30-40K.
lay offs to pay for AI capex when the layoff amount is basically a rounding error compared to the capex lol not to mention the billions in profit they make. zucks such a clown, maybe if he didnt sink billions on VR when everyone knew that was gonna be a fail
@b1 Were all 3 waves today in the US?
Are remote employees more at risk?
So then explain why there are NO posts on this site from anyone who got the Meta axe today (and there were plenty of people caught in the carnage)!
Not even one single post.
Zero.
Zip.
Zilch.
NONE, whatsoever!
@ay an NDA would not stop anyone from posting anon on a 3rd party layoff site.
Its def about NDAs. 8000 gone and not one post so far.
It's definitely rather strange that such a big layoff for this place happened today and advanced commentary about it has been in so many news articles this past week, yet not a peep here from any who've supposedly been cut!
Maybe The Zuckt@rd has them all sequestered in hermetically-sealed decompression pods, where they're all being subjected to mindwarp "reconditioning" and signing extensive NDAs, before being allowed to venture back out into the great big wide world of META-FREE reality.
