Fake smiles for Exec visits

Adnan stopped by and boy was that a waste of money and time! Fake smiles and selfies for everyone. Your lack ofsupport is not made up by these stupid visits! We are told to save money but Adnan is not holding back in his expenses! Dinner and drinks for the leadership team that could pay a weeks salary. Tip to executives no need to visit us

@ay THIS! Everyone always seems to hear when the execs visit and they push work orders to completion, clean up shop & ensure standards are followed but why can't this happen year round?

So tired of these visits and every exec over the last 10 years who said "let's get back to basics"

Just so tiring.

100! And he gloats about it!
“Hi! I’m wasting company money by showering you with my presence. I am amazing. Look at me. I can mismanage an entire organization by micro managing and reducing everyone else’s expenses so that I can travel and pretend to know what I’m doing.”
Get rid of him already! Terrible is an understatement!
No one likes you on a real level.
Who wouldn’t want a job that they contribute zero expertise and are so far out of touch.
Quit interrupting the operation. We might as well call their paychecks a donation.

I hated when the senior leadership team visited. My AVP and GM would be freaking out trying to fix everything before the visit. Instead of letting them see the reality of the location they create this fake illusion for a few hours when they are here. And why are they here? Free travel and food I guess. Then they all rush to post these pictures with fake smiles on social media to portray this great culture! No one is falling for it.
