Bingo! Now you know the State Farm scam! The average State Farm agent compensation is $527,000 a year! The average P&C employee at State Farm makes around $64,000. There are 23,000 claims employees and 21,000 State Farm agents. Remember you, the employees, are the expense problem. Executive's biggest hard-on now is blaming front line leadership for not understanding Expense per Unit!!! EPU! LOL! Can't make this up..... They are back to staffing to a budget and not what it takes to service the customer. SF is a criminal organization! Scam! I wish the DOIs would shut this place down and plaster SF all over the news!
If the claim reps only knew how much money they are hoarding by closing COLs. The money goes back into investments where it generates a high rate of return. Then at the same time it gives them a reason to reduce staff saving more money then claiming no raises due to hard times. It's all a big lie to give six digiters more money like agents etc. Remember ! They don't GAF about YOU!
Close file to free up reserves and make numbers so they can launder money. Legal gangsters!
I retired about 4 years ago, when I started in claims a reopen was us requesting a copy of the claim file and opening and closing the manilla folder. No claim is ever really closed or open, that is just a button SF put in ECS to make up stupid sh-t to mess with people on and think it shows quality claim handling. @ay is right. State Farms illegal activities eventually catch up with you. I retired early because of all the complete trash mo--ns they were hiring and I got tired of sitting in traffic in a hub. Love to check back occasionally and just confirms I made the right decision.....it continues to get worse and worse from the people I know that still work at SF... Sh-t hole! Go 2040 workforce! Future is bright!

They noticed how many quiet quitters there were so realized 5 people making huge American salaries doing the bare minimum amount of work could be replaced by a single offshore person
It shows open claim counts/inventories to be down/reduces the amount of pending claims when Exec runs report hence they can justify less employees! Also makes it easier for them to performance manage you when it reopens, they blame you for the reopen...say you didn't work it to the furthest point. Now you know.....it's why SF is trash! Evil place! Remember SF is a scam.....why the Presidents tweets about the, Senators are sending our CEO complaints, OK Attorney General is involved against a lawsuit with us, and the DOIs are crawling down their throats. MT/JF criminal activity to save a buck and pad their bonuses is catching up with them!
