Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

@ft Let's talk about chicken p-o from Sprint:

  1. Buying iDEN network from Nextel. Was never properly integrated.
  2. WiMax - Ki-led Sprint and Clearwire.
  3. John Saw - One of the d-mbest smart people I've ever met.

LOL....Sprint was ripe with smart folks who knew how to make chicken salad out of chicken sht while usually being hindered by inept executive decisions. T-Mobile was full of folks who want to tell you how great the process they've designed and developed (or likely purchased from a vendor) that will eventually make the chicken salad. They'll then hire 3 levels of management to oversee the process of turning the chickenshit into chicken salad. Eventually they'll implement some chicken salad that will barely be edible. 2 years later they'll throw it away and hire a failed Apple, Google, or Amazon middle manager to to develop world class chicken salad and repeat the process they just went thru with 3 new, different layers of management.

@cg From someone who's worked under Sprint "management" after the merger, the only things I've seen from them are extreme micromanagement, constant ignoring what you've done right to tear into you about what you're doing wrong, and bundling things onto customers' accounts that they never consented to or knew about. They'll celebrate those numbers, but never have to deal with the fallout later when those customers are ticked off and screaming at us in Care.

Sprint has nithing to dobwith this. It has been dead for 5 years. The ONLY reason Tmo is leader in 5G with even a competent network is Sprint spectrum, assets, and honestly the sales team from Sprint outperforms legacy tmo hands down.

Someone ping Srini, he loaded up last time there was a drop! C’mn man, put a limit order for million at $195. Its a crucial level NOT to fall below.

Stocks in the short term are a voting option. In the long term, they're a weighing option. TMUS is oversold and will rebound.

And yes, I'm ticked at the layoffs and absolutely despise the leadership, but the fundamentals of the company are still solid.

I blame Lori Ames on her waste of spending on BS initiatives like T-Cloud and hiring consultants like McKinsey over and over and over again to do the job she can't.

She should have been fired with Ulf. Useless Sprint leader

@ay 100%
It's funny how we make billions and continuously break records; but we have to layoff people to get to the next level.

Tmobile C suite have become money hungry pigs....
