Why would T Mobile buy companies that are about to fail, hire their executives then use programs and platforms from those companies. This company went from last to supposed 1st doing things "the tmobile way" but some supposed brain said let's do things the Sprint and US Cells way now. Seems like they are trying save a sinking ship. All I need to do is last 9 more months or fingers crossed be laid off before then

It's called resource harvesting. Take the bits you want, replace the people you want to get rid of, then sunset those things that just need to go away.

They brought over verizon mo--ns too so now as my coworkers and I say… this is the verizon way .
@vw you can, but then you just doing what the man wants you to do
@vv I can absolutely blame the worthless Sprint senior managers and directors they brought over.
@ax Within my group, the management is all ex Sprint and they are complete mo--ns. The Magenta managers that were awesome were all let go or quit so this is all on yellow.
Face it, TMO gave up their "entrepreneurial spirit" long ago. Take a look at the pink C suite if you want to know who to blame. Your pink gods are to blame.
When the Sprint virus was infecting design and operations, those of us who had seen how Sprint had done business before could see the Bellheads of Sprint trying to take over. They've now succeeded in defeating the entrepreneurial spirit of Legacy T-Mobile.
That is what viruses do. They infect the healthy host from the inside and eventually ki-l everything.
