Did anyone that was displaced last year get info on their bonus? I was eligible but my manager did not get any bonus information and referred me to a generic HR email that referred me back to my manager.

A group of us laid off in last quarter found out we ALL got IM on our year end review!! No bonus.
@ax: before my 60 day notice was up, i logged into the designated Workday site for displaced employees. Went to the page where the reviews are usually stored, and the year end review was there. Looked like my manager submitted it a couple days before I signed in to Workday.
Whether you will get a bonus is fully discretionary- it depends on whether your manager’s recommendation, your review rating, and whether your business budgeted for it. In today’s climate I would say not to count on it.
was laid off a couple weeks ago, old manager told me last they saw was that it was the same as last year. Doesn't guarantee me getting anything so will find out next Wed when paystub posts.
@am How did you access your review? At the 60 day mark my workday access was chopped down to Payslip only.
You can find out next week
I was displaced late 2025. I've been told maybe it will be there, maybe not. Might be the same $$ as last year, maybe less.
So...in short, I've bene told nothing but to wait until the Feb severance/pay to see what I get or don't get.
My ex-boss reached out to me to tell me about my expected bonus.
Year end review is in workday. Looked like it was a copy of the mid-year, just finalized for year end.
anyone with displacement experience…..if you did get a bonus, did you also get a year-end review rating? If yes, how was that communicated to you? It’s not showing that category available in workday when accessing from home.
Magic eight ball says....Not looking good.
Nothing yet.
