Hybrid is T speak for "wherever you think the role is, we're going to move it to Dallas or Atlanta after we hire you."
Don't even waste your time. Let the H-1B's have it
"Just like we were all told the work day would end at 5p."
My workday ends at 3pm now thanks to RTO, and usually 2pm on Fridays. 8 & Skate, it can wait!
Bro I was hybrid when I started in 2017 and fast forward to 2025, NFTO. I am not even in my 40s. So I am leaving as soon as I get a REAL hybrid or remote position.
Just like we were all told the work day would end at 5p.
" I applied for a hybrid position but was given a 5-day office requirement when I came onboard early last year." Did you resign? I bet you did not
@aw I did't , i left just bcs of forced RTO
This what happened to me, during interviews they offered hybrid, after 2 months i was forced to be 5 days at the office...
It's not real hybrid. It's hybrid in a sense that you can work from home once in a blue moon, like a snowstorm.
They're putting hybrid because it's the only way anyone decent looks at the posting.
“ And yet you stay“
Boring. You’re boring everyone.
Well of course they are.
T is market based no loyalty, per the CEO.
The 5 day rule is only for people over 40. If you fit the ageist sociopaths' demographic preferences, it does not apply to you. The country is not making enough young people and you will see more and more companies having to be-doverbackward to lure GenZ to come to work for them.
Mobility Title, taking core calls. C W A asleep on the wheel like always.
I am not sure it is hybrid schedule . . . it is a hybrid sales role.
This is how they trick you into applying. Nobody applying for 5 day roles. They’ll tell you it’s 3 days until you sign the papers and then it becomes 5
Bait & switch.
I applied for a hybrid position but was given a 5-day office requirement when I came onboard early last year.
