I'm sure the new CEO will want to put his stamp on things as soon as possible, but I doubt he'll want to rock the boat too much from the get go. I'd like to see him start cleaning house on day one but I realize that's too much to expect. But I also hope he doesn't wait for too long.

Week of Oct 23rd is launch date….4-6K target. Only mystery is whether DEI Woke gets evaluated in meritocracy.
History tells us is Senior Executives will protect themselves, Directors will hide and 1/2 and Union takes the punishment.
New CEO will show he is insider for the norm or for once shows Leadship and take out Senior/Director management layers
Just remember this is the head of the BOD that let Hans run amok for 6 years. I think all of the C suite are safe for now because the existing BOD backed them. It won't be until Stratton (or the next CEO) comes in that we'll see any changes. Schulman is a placeholder, a game manager, until we get the next CEO in.
Big lay-offs end of October as per usual.
Sampath will be out soon. Consumer business strategy failed to change course under his leadership.
they already changed the menu in the BR cafe!
This is an outrage!
Being a long time Vz employee and 5 CEOs later you can be assured power point slides were being prepared on new CEO structure once Dan was named head of Board. CFO/HR reading to announce layoffs/severance. Public Company has plans well in advanced before public announcements
DEI Teams and Executives already know they are gone.
Time to win back Verizon heritage culture.
Lets Go!
In about 6 months when Stratton takes over…
First order of business will be 5x8 RTO with badge swipe and time tracking. Need to eliminate this bloat and dead weight. Too many people running daycare and taking golf and tennis lessons while “working from home”
@aw Unless you're part of the BoD, you cannot know this. Could be that Dan has been a vocal proponent for years to bring about this change that for all we know he reluctantly agreed to.
…..when CWA is abolished….
Damage is already done and for far too long. Do not expect a miracle, Also, the new guy will not be there too long and to make things worse, he was part of the BD problem for letting Hans at the helm for way too long and hiring him. The new guy is just a fresh face to try taming investors fears while they find a more suitable person.....and I hope not from the existing circle
