I don't know the specifics other than the rumor mill churned that it was a major HR/ethics issue after he was promote to lead NA Commercial Sales. The rumors I heard ranged from publicly belittling employees well below his level to s-xual harassment.
He didn't even make it a year and was unceremoniously shown the door. I was able to witness a few interactions with him and Federal leaders and he clearly had no understanding of the business and seemed to have no desire to understand it.
The only rumor was someone on this site, which is probably the least trustworthy source on earth.
