Elon Musk was on an H-1B visa before he became a naturalized citizen. Basically, he went from ‘temporary visitor’ to ‘SpaceX overlord’—who else can flex like that?” 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

The PERM job ads fraud explained by immigration lawyers themselves. They don't want Americans to apply to them.

Americans can fight back by applying to them, and send the H-1Bs back to their homes.

These ads are part of immigration process to sponsor green cards applications of Oracle H1Bs while mass Americans are being shown the door; thank you Larry

The job.now site is scrubbing the jobs sections of newspapers, as employers post PERM market test job postings there. Some of the newspapers ads will have you submit your resume on their job sites, some ask you to mail your resume to a P.O. box or their immigration lawyers.

Perm ads normally aren't large or meant to be descriptive, they generally hope that no Americans actually applies to them seeing how not many people read newspapers. Below is a screenshot of an L.A. newspaper job section.

One thing you can do is to block the green cards the H-1Bs are after. In order for an H-1B to get their green card they must post a job ad in a newspaper, and hope no one actually applies to it. I've pasted a few of these PERM jobs below, which JOBS.NOW scrubs newspapers job ads to make it easier for Americans to apply to. If you qualify for them, apply. If you don't get an interview or a response back then you can report them to the Department of Justice, and they will conduct an investigation.

Interesting that there are no degree requirements for these postings, they should get a lot of applications, they seem like pretty much anyone can apply.

Non performer h1bs are the first to let go. There is many good for nothing old chair warmers are out there whos jobs are still there. If Oracle wants to trim more there is a lot of room. H1bs or not. I am in h1b visa. Assuming all these folks here are actually my colleagues, i will remember when people come to me with CVs. Honestly the racism and entiled arrogance of non performing people who thinks they are safe if h1bs are gone, has left a parmanent bitter taste in my mouth. The worst support or development in oracle is govt cloud where only citizens are choosen. No competition, hence no need to solve problems. Just sit there and keep doing restarts. People dont even try to solve it these days. Just keep opening collabs and it is someone else problem. I didnt scam or steal anyones job. I am here as Oracle needs me here. I work harder and smarter then everyone in my team and i am very ... very well compensated for that. So if you think u can take my job, good luck. My job goes with me where ever i go.

Lol wow. This here is precisely why having a union in the tech industry will be extremely difficult. This person is basically saying, "If you get laid off, you should definitely fu-k over your former coworkers' lives as well." Do you people realize that an H1B system is literally designed by oligarchs so as to create class conflict amongst workers? By snitching, you are doing nothing except ruining the life of someone you worked with, nothing more. They will happily retain this system because of precisely this sort of behavior, where you are turned against your fellow tech worker. They in fact love the fact that you snitch because all it means is less overhead for them in the long run (they can always rehire at a more pitiful wage from developing nations). You people need to get organized and stop snitching on one another.

If Trump could have removed the H1B program, he would have done it years ago but he didn’t; because he can’t due to special interest from politicians and from deep pockets money (possibly trillions) from the private sector and stock market. Politicians just use it in their campaign but aren’t able to remove it this program that has existed for over 30 years.
Big tech need a very large pool of employees to be able to “play with” in good and bad times: after all this is the foundry of capitalism: use knowledge workers without limitations

Florida's governor Ron DeSantis on Wednesday (local time) called the H-1B visa model a ‘total scam', adding that its mostly In.dians who “make money” off of the system.

On LinkedIn you will find multiple posts where the surviving H1B team members giving sympathy and references for the US citizen team members who were laid off brutally to posses the highest level skills and work ethics.

This is a joke and unreal.

You can know if someone is on H1B by checking the past education.

However companies like Oracle spend hundreds of millions of dollars each year in Washington DC lobbyists to keep and grow this visa program; immigration program so loved by tech giants and by stock market investors that it may not be easy for Trump and his team to modify it, when trillions of dollars control these companies. At the end the day, American employees are just peons who can be replaced by cheaper Ind.ians and politicians ( including Trump) may want to keep it that way

Downvotes confirm the truth.

Would not be surprised if the tip line is hacked and made unavailable.

Gather screenshots of the org and have ChatGPT confirm ratio of H1Bs and the rest in every org.

Vance, Desantis, and Trump have already confirmed this is a big scam. The bigger scam is L1B where unlimited number can com into to the country to replace struggling US kids who are unable to land any jobs in the industry. This is sickening.

Pretty sure most USA workers won’t work as hard as the H1B employees but demand more. Do t you get why the rig is impacting you as well. You’re over paid for the results you bring. Time for cheaper labor from the USA given the tight job market. Wages will go down beatings will continue

by

Post ID: @cc+1k3yzf53w

The H1B Visa floods the country with cheap docile labor because the companies know they have a quasi indentured servant labor force

Someone from India who probably lives in squalor gets to come to the big candy store called the USA then can eventually sponsor his extended family , they come here , his wife will have at least 2 kids here and the Indian thinks he hit the lotto

The company instead of paying a US Employee 150K gets this loyal subservient worker bee for 75

It’s a giant scam

This VP was milking 1200 contractors on H1Bs at Walmart, was taking $5/hr for each one of them. I'd bet we have some folks here doing the same thing. There was the same hoopla at Netflix where a VP was caught and convicted, doing the same pay-to-play scheme. The whole process is corrupt... Anyhow, this guy at Walmart got caught and canned
