I’m excited to share an update on this year’s President’s Club recognition.

President’s Club celebrates the teammates who delivered the strongest revenue-impacting results across Optimum in 2025. These individuals represent the very best of our performance culture and embody what it means to deliver for our customers and our business.

As previously announced, and in support of aligning our resources with our enterprise priorities, we will not be hosting a President’s Club trip this year. That said, we want to ensure these achievements are celebrated in a meaningful way. For 2025, President’s Club winners will receive:

A monetary award
A commemorative President’s Club trophy
A President’s Club jacket

Winners will be notified tomorrow, and we look forward to recognizing their accomplishments.

While President’s Club highlights our top performers, our progress as a company is driven by the collective work happening across the organization every day. Supporting customers, solving problems, strengthening relationships, and driving results all contribute to our momentum as ONE Optimum.

Thank you for everything you do and for the commitment you bring to our customers and teams every day.

Field employees have been left out and forgotten, installation to Mastech and OSP will be next so no reason to award them, they mean nothing. And the beat goes on

The last few years it was not just sales. Included all departments handling frontline including field services and customer care. Disappointing for all departments.

Cry me a river. Treated Sales like kings giving them trips to Cancun for selling cr-ppy Service. Meanwhile, the men and women in the field got pizza parties. You're crying on the wrong page

I like how they slid "revenue-impacting" in there. No more trips to Cancun for you Erin Colton. Not unless you stand out on Stewart ave and wear a bikini and sandwich board.

They announce this the same week as DM sends a message that it is Employee Appreciation Week. Can’t make this up.

So out of touch. Starting off with we have exciting news, we will no longer celebrate our top employees with a time honored tradition at this company. How out of touch, elitism does she have? Was she simply just lazy and had AI write it? The elites in the ivory tower of Long Island City, simply don’t care. If they read this post they would simply not care and brush it off as grumbling of the underclass peasants at the company. With all the outsourcing, less and less opinions to worry about anyway is how they think.

A freaking jacket. Yet DM gets $750,000 for be so pathetic had to get a high interest loan using the Brooklyn and Bronx network as collateral.

They are too broke to buy safety equipment.

Don't even waste the jacket. Im having a hard time even putting on a uniform these days.

But they get bonuses for driving the company into the ground !!!!
