@av Looks like the 15k number was kite flying for the shareholders, the real number will be closer to 29k. It will be carnage over the next few weeks and all other telcos will see this as an opportunity to do the same whilst Verizon take the heat

Maybe you should be a little nicer to the people at Verizon. Or you might get laid off next. It’s rude to post things like this when 15k employees are losing their jobs right before the holidays.

No. They are expecting layoffs of around 20k. Possibly as early as Nov 20th.
I think its the same 12 people over there that are just commenting the same stuff over and over again.
