@at just curious, what role did you have when you were laid off or left? Honestly, it’s a lot about networking and who you know. If your network is weak the job market is going to be very difficult to navigate.
lol, so awesome when someone brags about getting a job in NJ. There's literally no amount of money they could offer me to live there or any adjacent state.

The job market is robust. I have two companies I’m engaged in talks with as we speak. Both in NJ too. You are probably not as marketable as I am. Wells has been notorious for letting fruit die on the vine here.
