the words train and learn are misleading, probably intentionally
roughly, the parameters in a function have been fit to a certain dataset

?? I guess Copilot doesnt exist, I guess Claude, Llama, ChatGPT are all d-mb then, darn, I guess I know more than things that have been trained on millions of books, documents, etc.
