I just found out that the cost for my mental health visits will double in 2026. WTF is the ELT thinking by slashing mental health benefits, especially at a time that employees need this most? MW and the rest of them will have bl00d on their hands if someone who is on the brink is pushed over in desperation, seeing care they desperately need.

MW didn't think this up. It was simply another McKinsey recommendation to enrich the ELT and Shareholders at the employees expense.
MKW has previously been someone who appreciates the wide variety of challenges people face in their lives and how the stability and benefits of working at Chevron can benefit employees and our employer. Something has changed in him these last few years in which he no longer holds this kind of humility. Who knows if it is because he has gotten to used to believing the people around him so he believes everything he says is brilliant, and all his jokes are hilarious, or that getting turn shoulders with the President and MBS have gone to his head. No one ever expected he would become CEO, and it was a choice between going with him or going externally, the latter of which would have been quite radical at the time. His successor will be an external hire or we will be bought.
Sir, I’m sorry this is a Wendy’s.
@as you are all that is wrong with America
Of course your benefits are being cut. Companies need to make cuts to make up for shortfalls in federal funding. All health care costs are going to skyrocket. Send your thanks to Don the Con,
You think they give a sh-t? Cmon man.
@a5 You mean it used to be "Human Energy", now, not so much. Nobody is energized to work for MW or the ELT degenerates.
It's human energy. Not human caring.
