65% of layoffs over the last 2 years have been Band 4 employees.
You have been warned.

Mostly B3 and B2 this past week from my area. Just about every B2 IT help desk agent was let go. Now it’s only contractors.
B4 US to B3 HIH.
@an That can’t be true. There have to be far more band 1, 2 or 3 employees.
this number and tactic of targeting band 4 is as real as it gets
Brilliant insight but I refuse. I'll remain actively disengaged until the severance package arrives.
Sorry that this doesn't align with your simplistic worldview. You can live with it or get out.
@ar Top performers were already let go this year.
As a band 4 just fu--ing deliver. If you can’t, get out.
Now with IT finally outsourcing/using captives, some top performers will be let go
Statistically the B4 scale has more positions in it than the others so mathematically that makes sense, it’s not like they’re targeting 4s.
@OP So when HIH finally started to hire.
Yes those Band 4 roles are going to HIH, so you will report to them instead because they'll eventually be your managers it seems.
Where does that number come from?
Also, glad I’m not B4.
