Mostly B3 and B2 this past week from my area. Just about every B2 IT help desk agent was let go. Now it’s only contractors.

Statistically the B4 scale has more positions in it than the others so mathematically that makes sense, it’s not like they’re targeting 4s.

Yes those Band 4 roles are going to HIH, so you will report to them instead because they'll eventually be your managers it seems.
