Reorgs, layoffs, shuffling people around, ignoring bad management but punishing talent, directionlessness, maintenance/decay mode - all of it has made me completely uninterested in the future of Nike, and definitely in my job. I just can't care anymore. If someone had told me eight years ago when I came on board that this would turn into a "just collect a paycheck" thing, I wouldn't have believed them. It's actually sad.

@bj their chart notes are admissible in court. It’s not Hippa if an employee agrees to disclose to the court. Nike is protecting people and it’s not ok. It’s toxic! Consult with a lawyer.

Nike offers therapists and counselors as part of the benefits package. You might tap into that network and see if you can get some help.
Dear Diary, I'm sad.
I hate change and don't do well. I like to excel and get a few honorable mentions but never got great accolades. I should have spent more time in math and science but liked leaving school early during high school so I could go to work at Taco Bell. Now I am overweight and my 2nd wife left me. I have nothing to fall back on. I'm sad but will try to hold on to my crummy job. The end.
