The only people who dont appreciate the unrivaled PTO and pay far in excess of anywhere else in the banking industry are the ones already on board who have no experience in any other environment and whine like children at having to actually come to work a few days a week. These college kids may not know anything but at least theyll be grateful to have a job.

Working for banks 3–5 days a week is an old‑school tradition. Working remotely for multiple companies, like many H‑1B workers in Dallas, is the new trend.

They've always boasted about how many applicants they get and also turn away. They are very wanted jobs...

And guess what? The overwhelming majority of them will be in-office 3 days a week.
