Even considering the content on this board may contain some filler and B$, its clear from the total volume and history not all of it is- and also that Allstate has little to no regard for its employees.

Consider this: has the time come to try organizing? Join the OPEIU (the Office and Professional Employees International Union)? We won't be the first insurance company's employees to do so fyi.
The benefits, costs (the idea of dues in this total mess economy isnt ideal no argument) - is it worth considering? An organizer might take an interest in the record of abuses and mistreatment, which seems most recently to include circumventing the WARN ACT with quiet cutting and offshoring (and who knows what the future holds)...
